I currently lead design for Encore, Spotify's family of design systems. My team elevates design quality through consistency and attention to detail, and we support Spotify's R&D teams at scale.

I'm an experienced leader with a passion for innovation and cross functional collaboration. I have a deep understanding of the principles and practices that underpin successful design systems, and I love learning.  

Previously, I led teams at Condé Nast, and designed products for Savant, Vice, and Citymaps. When I’m not working, I go outside and read books.
